I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Very helpful, flexible around our availability and needs, and very tidy. Came back and repainted with another coat no problem at all, to deal with some issues from the first couple of coats. Kitchen looks great now!
Told me that what I wanted was impossible and gave me a price for something similar which I agreed. He told me he would contact me to arrange a time - and I am still waiting. I found another carpenter who did what I wanted within 2 days at a fraction of the price.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
