I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The standard of tiling from Artur is extremely high, he is very conscientious, if not a perfectionist when it comes to tiling. I had metro tiling done in the bathroom and it looks amazing. His charges are very reasonable and he is a very friendly chap who makes every effort to keep the rest of the house clean while working. I am using Artur for another job in a few weeks and would highly recommend.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

Contacted Adam Stringer and left a message and he came back to me within 15mins.He came to inspect job . He was very efficient and knowlegable and came back with estimate within 2 days. Returned to do the works at a mutual agreed time and also willing to do 2 other small jobs at the same time . Would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and would definitely use him in the future.
I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company
