Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Very good service provided by JOR. Not the cheapest, but pleased with the workmanship and they provide a variety of services. Can also be difficult to book them in for jobs as they are very busy, but if you have the time available to wait then I would recommend them.
