I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Ian and Adrian were most accomodating with the little alterations to the project that would inevitably arise and as a result I ended up with exactly what I wanted and more. Their attention to detail impressed me. Their attention to drinking enough coffee to float a battleship also impressed me!!!! The overall result is we got what we wanted and a few laughs to boot!! Thanks lads for a good job well done.

Iqbal Construction is a building company based in Birmingham with over 10 years of experience in the Construction industry, We carry out all aspects of Domestic/Commercial building works across the West Midlands to the highest standards. Services include plumbing, carpentry, brickwork, loft conversions, extensions, house renovations, painting/decorating, plastering and all other general building works.
Very pleasant guy, responded quickly and worked really fast. Explained what he had done and why. No mess or messing about. Likely to get more work from us in future.
The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.
