I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Andy and the team at Ampulla were very professional right from the initial visit up until project sign off. They were always on time and treated our home with great respect, ensuring their works caused minimal disruption. They have a great eye for detail and make sure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard, even if that means staying a little later or working over the weekend. The representative turned up on time to quote for the job, and the quote was about what I expected and was happy with. Unexpectedly, my original house builder turned up and offered to carry out repairs free of charge, so I cancelled the job with Morris and they were very understanding. I'm not really sure what the quality of the job would have been had Morris done the work, so I only rated them 3* (average). I would certainly ask Morris to quote for all future work.

Having employed the services of many different tradespeople over the course of the last 50+ years I am totally thankful for choosing TD Services to remove the old and rebuild a large decking area of approx 70sq metres. Dom said it would take three weeks and he was very true to his word. The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.
