I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. The representative turned up on time to quote for the job, and the quote was about what I expected and was happy with. Unexpectedly, my original house builder turned up and offered to carry out repairs free of charge, so I cancelled the job with Morris and they were very understanding. I'm not really sure what the quality of the job would have been had Morris done the work, so I only rated them 3* (average). I would certainly ask Morris to quote for all future work.
