I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Most tradespeople do what you ask and don’t offer comment or suggestion. Garry’s approach was different. He used a design-led and creative process to make sure every inch of space in my kitchen was crafted to meet my needs. His professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. He gave me a bespoke kitchen for the price of an off the peg one. He totally transformed the space available. My finished kitchen is stunning. I can’t recommend Kingsburgh Interiors highly enough. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.
