2.5 months after the work was done, we still have water leaking through light fixture in kitchen. Called out a plumber who we have known for 5 years and he said that the pipes should have been changed at the time of the building work. The anaesthetics of the shower are brilliant but the initial problem still remains and this could have been sorted out all in one go. Also lots of rubble left under the shower. Huge mess with the leak. Maybe a one off problem but disappointed with longevity of the work.

Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. He was also able to complete the work quickly and I am very pleased with the finished work so much so that I have asked him to quote for more work. An excellent choice!

Ben has been incredibly supportive throughout my project. Giving me options and ideas every stage and allowing me to make a decisions in my own time. Tim and Vincent are both friendly people and did a good job painting the render on our house, it looks great. Why only 3 stars then? Because despite promising to return and better finish the woodwork near the front door/garage door they have not returned in two months - we are guessing they will not be back but would be very pleased to change this rating when the job is finalised.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Thomas was very polite, straightforward and clear about what he was going to do. He let me know how he was going to do the job and when. I would definitely ask him to do further jobs for me in the future.
