My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. TILE HALL. Very disapointed with Kevin's end result, The floor is'nt level., it took 6 weeks and the job still wasn't finished, He kept going off to other jobs and in the end it was left to us to dispose of old floor which I had paid extra for him to do. Kevin is not the most tidy or cleanest of workers and we were often left to clean up, there was also bits of finishing which I would have expected him to do ie replacing bits of skirting that he removed. I acknowledge there was problems with the tiles
