Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
I have been trading for 20 years, so I have plenty of experience in the building trade. For the past 3 years I have been building from extensions, brick and block work, too pitching roofs and all types of timber work for another company. But recently decided to do my own work again which is why i have got to build up ratings. A prompt response to my listing. A fair price for the work was agreed and is what we paid on completion. Mr Jeffrey arrived on time and completed the installation of the wooden blinds in the timescale quoted. It may have been a small job but it was one well done. We have jobs to do around the house that were once DIY but due to age and infirmity are all in need of a tradesman. We are glad that we found Mr Jeffrey, will be happy to use his services again and recommend him to friends and family.
I have nothing but praise and where I would like to list the attributes of this contractor, it would take too long but, what I will say is that brilliant in all three categories is a massive understatement. Dom contacted us to book when he could do the job and kept us up to date when he was delayed due to picking up supplies to start it. The 2 gates were hand made and were finished over the allotted time and on budget and we could not fault the workmanship. Two sturdy gates at a very reasonable price and he made sure we were happy with his work and that the job was left clean and tidy before he was finished. We would highly recommend him.
