I hired these two guys to repair my staircase . Without any fuss , they did a great job . I was very pleased with the job , and their attitude, I have asked them to do a job in a flat I rent out .

Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. Very reliable and excellent quality work, good follow up and amazingly helpful at solving problems arising during fitting - including taking me in their van to find some extra carpet for the hall. Easy to deal with and responsive, there were unexpected costs, but this was largely down to me not understanding the basis of the original quote. Would highly recommend.

We were really impressed with Tim’s workmanship and service. He was easy to work with and a good communicator, keeping us informed when there were delays in the delivery of the doors. All the doors were fitted in one day and the place was left reasonably tidy. Minor snagging was resolved reasonably quickly. We would definitely hire Tim again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Vitalie and Dainis did a fantastic job of removing an internal wall and building a new stud wall. They were clean and considerate throughout and we will definitely use them again for any future work required.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
