The man whoi fitted our laminate was very good indeed. He just got on with the job, explained when things needed to be done a different way and suggested things which have enhanced the look of the floor. We're very happy with the work done and would recommend this company to others.

Dave was quickly out to price the job and quickly out to repair. He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Very good service and will recommend Dave and use him again, if we should need a plummer in the future.

Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.

After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. Artur brought ideas and helped us see other possibilities when designing the layouts. His eye for detail, workmanship and desire to do the best job possible was decond to nine. Artur consistently found a way to get things done In a busy house with people working at home. Ultimately we are very happy with the bathrooms and would definately recommend.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Couldn't recommend Rafael any higher. Fantastic worker, have recommend him to friends, family and anyone who would listen. He came to install a bathroom and move a waste pipe. He is a perfectionist and the bathroom looks amazing. Will definitely use again.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.
