First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Ben built us a shower room and plastered most of our downstairs to cover artex walls and ceiling. Excellent service from start to finish, Ben kept us in the loop at all times, giving us really good and creative advice. Delighted with end products.Would strongly recommend him and use again.

We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!

Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again in future for other jobs because of their good work and reliability on this one. Very grateful to have found good tradesman at last!

very good, they were on time, and they even waited for me to go to Ikea and get an extra part due to Ikea missing parts in the package. Would definitely recommend their services.

Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks

Dom did a fantastic job. We reclaimed 6 Victorian pine doors for free from a skip so Dom had to do lots of repairs and making good on the old doors. They look really good. He was reliable, easy going and good to chat to. Highly recommended.
