Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. I hired Alex to remove my bathtub and install a shower cubicle. He always arrived on time and completed the job on time. He worked to a very high standard and I am so happy with my new modern bathroom. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a bathroom refurb.

A smart job. We requested a drawing as I was concerned that they might have a problem with fitting the wardrobe in the space. Edgar said he would be doing a drawing so was happy to share. We provided some comments which Edgar took on board. He had the whole unit made off site so it took him 10 minutes to fit. Very pleased with the job.
