Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.

Dave turned up when he said he would to fit the kitchen cupboards. He did a top job and the price was good too. He also fixed a leaking stop tap which was handy. Punctual, hard working and excellent workmanship. I woud have no hesitation in recommending Dave's work.

Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family. Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner. Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Had patrick come fit a flat packed kitchen for us. Turned up when he said he would. No messing just got on with it offered us some excellent advice on other stuff we needed doing aswell, having him back again to carry out other jobs. If only every tradesman was good honest and reliable.

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

A first class tradesman with an all round ability to turn his hand to any job & most willing & helpful in every aspect. His workmanship for our bookshelves was meticulous, it was a complicated job but Leon was superbly professional & did an outstanding job which he should be proud of.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

I am extremely happy with the service from Vas. Very professional and quick. I needed my whole salon refurbished and done very quickly. Vas contacted me straight away and gave a very detailed and fair quote for work. Vas and his team are very polite and courteous and have accommodated all the request made. They even kept the place clean and tidy as they worked. The best builders I have met so far! And I have had a lot of salons refurbished over the years. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
