First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

Steve did a great job for me, he was helpfull giving good advice, he charged a fair rate and the job is perfect and super tidy. I will defo use him again to do my plastering. Also he is a reallly nice chap.

Dream Home improvements fitted a kitchen for us at a very good price. First impressions were very good and we were not let down. Richard visited us in the evening at a time convenient for us and was professional, making the process easy for us. Throughout, Richard was very flexible (especially when we changed the plans). I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by Mr Price. He is an excellent worker, and the quality of his work is first class. He arrived early each day, and worked solidly, -not even stopping for offers of tea or coffee! The price quoted at the start of the job was kept to faithfully, and he even did some small "extra" jobs that needed doing, namely re-grouting tiles in the bathroom and re-sealing of a door plate, all the work of previous workmen. I would highly recommend his service.

Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. After I booked I went out to buy the door when he came to fit the door we found out I brought the wrong size door so with out any charge we rebooked a fitting when he came back we had the wrong locks he waited for my wife to get the right one 3hours later the door was fitted with no extra charge for the door fitting thank you a great job and a great price will use again

James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again
