Very professional, flexible and reliable service. Price was excellent given the high quality finish. The tradesmen were very polite and we were more than happy to leave them alone in the house. They protected carpets and flooring throughout and left the work area very clean and tidy. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone, in fact I have them lined up for the next job I need doing. 10/10

Would recommend this company, came out and provided and fitted a new combi boiler the day after he came to quote, having no heating or hot water they worked till after 8 pm just to get it fitted and working, couldn't have asked for more.

Phil was excellent at doing our gardening work. His quote beat others. He was prompt and kept us informed of every stage he was doing. Very polite and nice person. The finished job was excellent and everything was left tidy. Definately recommend him and Evans and Co. Property maintenance.

Kevin was on time for the appointment we made with him. He designed our wardrobe to the spec we asked for,the price was within our budget so we proceeded with the job. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
