I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Robert was extremely professional and polite. He was able to identify the issue quickly and make the product safe. Unfortunately the product is not repairable and needs to be replaced.

Kevins end product is stunning, he has great attention to detail and comes up with some really great ideas for the customer. Sometimes Kevin works in such a way it looks like chaos but he has his way and i have to say I will use him again and again .

Simon is a really nice guy. His communication was good, he carefully explained the materials options we had for our job. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
