Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

Zahid came out to us before my son was born and I have no problem recommending him for the Powerflush services he provided. He was quite thorough in his assessment of which radiators require more attention and also offered some refreshingly honest advice on how to reduce the impact of sludge build up in the heating system. He was excellent value for money and the job has probably saved us around £15/month in heating costs.

Genuinely haven’t encountered a better tradesman and I’ve refurbished a fair few houses. Michal has turned up when he said he would, his work is immaculate, he is tidy, clean and diligent. He also took the time to flag a potential wet rot issue - which he could have ignored. In many years of dealing with trades I have genuinely been delighted with Michal and am happy to recommend. If you would like to see his work - let me know but I’m so far delighted. Pricing - very competitive and quality excellent.

After a lack of response from local tradesmen, thankfully Alan Yates was in touch soon after posting the request. He knew over the phone what the most likely faults and remedies would be and arranged to be with us first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was more complicated than first thought and a new shower was required. Alan returned later that day to fit it and it is working well. Would happily recommend Alan to anyone in a similar situation.

Asked for new aerial and new cable.problems after one week and now after three the same problem I had to start with is back. After further inspection the new aerial was fitted to old cable so job wasn't done properly after several attempts to contact thomas he said he would call back and didn't and now rejecting calls and txts.extremely dissapointed.
