Called me ten minutes after placing the request. Daniel immediately arranged to do the job the next morning and gave me a cost at the same time. He called me twenty minutes prior to his arrival. When he arrived, we discussed the work in more detail and he completed everything very quickly and neatly. Provided a test certificate as requested. He was a very pleasant and professional. This is what I expect from a company who is registered as a NIC EIC electrician and would recommend others to do the same.
I have been in the electrical industry for around 10 years. I have always wanted to be an electrician so this is definitely more of a passion than just a job to me. As an electrician my number one goal is customer safety and regulation compliance as they both have to go together for an installation to be complainant and safe for consumers. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote.
