We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Christian was the first person to answer my advert which was carried out in 10 minutes flat, the morning after I had posted the request. He explained quickly and clearly what needed to be carried out, came when he said he was going to come and that was it! Work was professional and the service excellent. I’d thoroughly recommend him.

Ciprian did the EICR in my flat today. All went well. He also spotted that two of my bathroom ceiling lights were not to standard and replaced them. Nice chap and did what he said he would do. I would hire him again.

Peter's initial visit and inspection was the basis of the quote, which was very competitive. Once work was underway, Peter paid very close attention to detail, fixing some pre-exisiting problems, and always keeping me advised of progress, checking if there was anything he was unsure of. I can't recommend Peter highly enough.

I can highly recommend Rob and his team at Made Build Interiors. They have just finished work on our Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining room. They have completely transformed all of these rooms and we are extremely happy with the end result. Rob is a great sounding board for creative and structural ideas and has a good eye for detail and design. They kept all work areas clean and tidy and had a friendly but professional attitude. We will definitely use them again for future work.

I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Top quality install of a split AC into two rooms. Adam is a great guy with a fantastic work ethic! Very clean and my floors were protected. I would highly recommend Adam for any air conditioning work.
