I highly recommend Phil, he contacted me quickly with a very good quote and availability to suit me. He was able to get the EICR job done at the earliest opportunity, and after he had finished the inspection he called to update me on the outcome, rather than just leaving me to wait for the certificate. However the certificate was sent the same day as well so again, very efficient!

We specialise in Electrical Inspection & Testing to produce EICR's for landlords, property owners, buyers / sellers of property, insurance companies etc. Originally a Property Management / landlord business we don't simply produce a report, we add value by providing pragmatic advice on the findings of the inspection and testing. Kitchens are expensive installations so who would you prefer to use? Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

Value for money did a whole house rewire and data cabling and shower installation. There was no fault in his commitment to get the job done within the asked timescale to even staying until 9pm to get it done. 4 weeks later and everything is still working. Work is guaranteed.
