Started the job in October, January it’s still not finished, actually it’s worse, I use to have a doorbell, now I have nothing, I’ve taken time off work and waited for Alan who repeatedly hasn’t turned up. It’s cash only, no invoice and no receipt, so completely unaccountable.

Ciprian did the EICR in my flat today. All went well. He also spotted that two of my bathroom ceiling lights were not to standard and replaced them. Nice chap and did what he said he would do. I would hire him again.

Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I would recommend this company and will have them back in the future for further work.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.

Kevin was a pleasure to have in my home and I had no worries going off to work and leaving him working away. He has done a fantastic job re-wiring my whole house plus getting rid of all the weird and wonderful wiring that was here. Adrian was very pleasant to deal with and completed wiring up and signing off on my garden house very quickly and to good quality. He even fixed an earthing fault on my house after discovering it. Every step was explained in detail and there was good transparency. The price was good too. I would recommend AP electrical.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.
