I am now qualified to a “C&G’s level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations“ (domestic electrician),this includes being competent in testing, diagnosis and fault finding in regards to 1st phase electricity. I am familiar with all electrics that tie in with domestic household/ dwellings ie lighting/ ring mains, radial, cookers circuits etc. I am a fan of customer care which I value wholeheartedly as I enjoy fulfilling customers expectations as best as I can. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.
