For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. Matthew contacted us re quote for the Fusebox replacement which was accepted. The dates were not right for us but he managed to book us in for the dates that I was available. He came and spent most of the day with no break testing, changing the box retesting and also resolved some issues. Definitely recommend him and use him again. He explained everything clearly and concisely.
