I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. We have had a new shed which needed to be connected to the power supply, Luc was very helpful in laying the cable outside, also because the old fuse box, which was over 40 years old needed to be replaced he fitted a new consumer unit. The shed was completed last week and Luc returned to complete the work last week. When we need anymore electrical work done, we will certainly be contacting him again.
