Neil identified and rectified a very unusual and difficult-to-find intermittent fault. Neil liaised with my tenant and kept in touch with me at all times, to let me know what was happening. Jozsef did a first class job, we are very pleased, he arrived on time did a brilliant job dispite many problems he just got on with it, he cleaned up after fitting new taps and left the place looking great, I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service and work, good communication over phone and prompt. Was an honest and friendly engineer, did the job quickly and gave a full years warranty. Andy and the team at Ampulla were very professional right from the initial visit up until project sign off. They were always on time and treated our home with great respect, ensuring their works caused minimal disruption. They have a great eye for detail and make sure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard, even if that means staying a little later or working over the weekend. We would highly recommend Ampulla and have already asked for quotes for other jobs in our home.

This is the first time I've dealt with Phil Farleys establishment and I must truly say this mans workmanship is fantastic, finished on time and the quality work was very to a very high standard.
