Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
I have been in the electrical industry for around 10 years. I have always wanted to be an electrician so this is definitely more of a passion than just a job to me. As an electrician my number one goal is customer safety and regulation compliance as they both have to go together for an installation to be complainant and safe for consumers. I am very attentive and I always strive to go the extra mile to make a customer more than happy with the work and services provided. My qualifications are level 3 fully competent and trained electrical installation. Fully qualified to the 18th edition and I am also registered with NAPIT as a competent electrical installer.
I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy. I was equally comfortable leaving him alone in the house or being there alone with him (as a young woman). A joy to work with.

I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
