Really sound guy. Was quick at getting back to me and quick on the job too. Very chatty and lovely! Glad he is local as I will use him again. Had advice for future electrical related things like picking up on my smoke alarm being faulty and kitchen light being the wrong fitting. Definitely recommend!

I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
