We struggled to find a reliable tradesperson, receiving quotes ranging from unreasonably low to excessively high. Simon, was exceptional. He visited our garden, assessed its condition, and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Work started on schedule, and Simon's team brought tools the day before. Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Communication was great leading up to the work and was helpful in both getting the job done as soon as was possible and in picking and dropping keys before and after with the Agents. Many thanks! Turned up when he said he would to look at the job. Gave a fair price. Came back and did the job exactly when he said he would, and did a good job. Cant ask for much more. Wish all tradesman could do this! Thanks Stuart - I will use your services again, definitely. Job done on 9th Jan 2012.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

Wayne and his team did a great job, i am very pleased with my fitted wardrobes. They are stunning. i gave good for reliability only because Wayne is so busy it took a while to actually get the guys in to do the job, several months. i love them and they did a good job so worth the wait.
