All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Initially the completed work looked fantastic. But the following year when the pointing between the flags started chipping away, we obtained a few quotes from other gardeners to repoint, and all of them told me how the this gardener had cut corners. The pointing should have been deeper, and the cement under the flags should have been spread all over. You can see the dark spots under the flags now showing where the cement had just been used in the centre of the flags.

I was in dialogue with the contractor for a few days. Having sent an image of the site, communication has ceased and no quote was received. It’s a small job, but important to me and this is frustrating.

Daniel & co installed a water feature with ril, aco channel, tank and pump, as well as built retaining walls, steps, fences, gates, lifting and relaying paving and finally installed drainage to sort out the flooding. Perfect job, we are delighted.
