This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

We probably wonât be the cheapest quote because we prefer to use top quality materials and we believe that the dig out is the most important part of the job. A good foundation is as important as the finish. Attention to detail is also very important.
