When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. There was some misunderstanding about the colour of the mortar used, but we can live with it. Would recommend him.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

On our front garden he laid the artificial grass without Weed control fabric and we can see the weeds already popping up. He didn't lay the patio properly as we can see rain water stored in some areas. He didn't flatten/level the grass area where we asked him to put the Artificial grass.. he left the area in bumps. Overall, I'm really disappointed with his work and do not recommend him for any landscape work.
