Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.
I have been in the building trade for over 40 years I am a city & guilds Bricklayer but take on all aspects of building work ground work , bricklaying, carpentry, roofing and all the internal works electrical, plumbing, plastering an all second fix carpentry hard landscaping . I have built up a good team of trades people over the years and all work is carried out to a high standard and we take seriously are customers satisfaction

He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds.
