He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. James And Kev spent a good amount of time initially looking at the conservatory as it was and thinking about the best way to replace whilst keeping things as dry as possible. Did the actual work in just over a week - very impressive! Good quality job and exactly what we asked for. Gave us advice on future upkeep to keep it dry.
