Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

A breath of fresh air. They understood the problem very quickly, offered different options and broke them down within a written quote. We were so happy with the quote that we added additional work. They started the job on the day they stated we were very impressed with their work rate. The end result is what we requested, which in the end is what everyone wants. The novel part of this engagement was no upfront costs, everyone else wanted 50% upfront. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Communication was great leading up to the work and was helpful in both getting the job done as soon as was possible and in picking and dropping keys before and after with the Agents. Many thanks!
