Provided a fair quote for the job, and didn't overprice it. The team arrived on time to cut down a palm tree and remove the stump. Cleared up after themselves and took the tree away, just leaving me with the earth to dispose of. I was really impressed by the customer service as Casey returned at a later date as I wanted more of the stump removed. I would highly recommend. Customer satisfaction is very important & both Casey (on the front line) and Georgia (in the office) delivered in this regard.

Elton and his team did a fantastic job for me, rectifying some unfinished work left by another builder as well as some additional jobs (block-paving, installing a soak-away channel, removing a door and bricking it up). He is knowledgable, highly skilled at what he does, trust-worthy and communicated well throughout. His team worked tirelessly on some gruelling tasks and with perfection. Horizon Builders recently carried out work structural work at my house, installing a new steel beam to create a large open plan space. They also removed an old damaged concrete floor and replaced it with a new timber floor, at the same time replacing some rotten timbers from an existing extension. Stuart and all his guys were very professionally and carried out the all the work to a high standard. Overall I’m very happy with the job done and would use Stuart again in the future. Richard, EN5
