Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Price and start date agreed today plus an amendment to the type of suitable insulation to be installed. Rob was also kind enough to find the source of a long-term leak and take a photo. The damaged was caused by a neighbours worker so I'll send the pic onto my insurer.s
