I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

We were delighted with the work that Chris and his team did with our front garden. Chris impressed from the first time we met him with his knowledge and attention to detail, and he really helped us to refine our ideas, offering useful suggestions throughout the design phase. Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.

Great stuff - thanks very much to Seb and the guys - turned my falling down and overgrown space into a lovely smart clean, rebuilt and usable garden space - did what they said and when they said - thank you! They - rebuilt wall, laid patio,, built a raised flower bed, put up fencing and planted it all up - everything i needed.
