Excellent plasterer and renovator. Years of experience in all aspects of building works. Confident and competent to transform any property. Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. Patrick and team are highly professional and gave an excellent finishing work with an elegant look and feel, created new single hard-stand driveway, with Retaining walls and beautiful paving across. As I do not had any knowledge around requirements from highways and condition from planning on requirements like gradient on slop for new driveway, Retaining walls, Patrick explained and took the driveway work from scratch to finish plus he is also going to complete wo with dropping the kerb. Top class work.
