Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Job was probably not a standard one but chatting through with Kieren what was required on initial site visit , the estimate was fair and arrived promptly . Through to start date Kieren also kept in contact which was appreciated. Job was completed within agreed time frame and to the expected standard. Kieren arrived on time each day and worked hard and would happily recommend.

I wouldn't recommend hiring. Despite completing the first part earlier in 2024 I then requested the second phase, this is when the problems began. August 2024 I paid him up front half the amount to help him buy the materials to do the job. When I realised he wasn't going to do the job without explanation I asked for my money back. Will ignore messages, doesn't give reasons/answers. Would often keep cancelling at late notice to delay the situation. 4 plus months on i'm still waiting to receive my money back.
