Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

I have turned my hand to several Outdoor projects, decking, artificial grass, fencing, patios and raised beds. For large projects I will assemble a team but mostly work on my own.

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. The recent storm Darragh caused havoc with the garden neighbouring fence- naturally a busy time for tradesmen who unfortunately were clearly taking advantage with their quotes and amount of work required. M and C landscaping were contacted and were able to give a reasonable quote for just the necessary works required and completed it all within a week ensuring all repairs prior to Christmas - so impressed that looking to have other works completed that the firm can offer - thanks team
