He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Pm building & landscapers ,with 35 years building experience we cover all aspects of building works to be carried out ,extensions ,conversions ,garages ,porches brickwork .stonework ,retainers and much more ,ins work carried out .
Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
