He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features

From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
