very poor work. damaged the felt that was already installed, and roof is still leaking. very poor communication.

Brendan has done a first class job for us (entire front bedroom and landing ceiling), at a competitive price. We are very pleased with the result, and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Very disappointed with Ash, after his initial visit was full of false promises. His reliability has become very poor and he also disputed the agreed payments, after he’d been doing our garden for a few weeks. If you want a reliable trustworthy gardener, I do not recommend Ash.

Follow up feedback from initial satisfaction published. I've tried contacting them several times, phone call and text due to deterioration of the work they undertook - seals and finish. No answer or responses despite (polite) messages etc. Simple stuff for them to remedy no doubt, but clearly not interested. Paid them on time and in good faith. I can't recommend.

At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.

Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. Stayed late to finish off plastering inside the house, which was a great help as we didn't need to find a second tradesman to do this. Altogether I would certainly recommend Star Roofing.

I would have given this a zero but there wasn't one as they didn't turn up found a reliable person from a good friend and they are doing the job at a reasonable price.

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Left my pointing with mortar all over the face of the brickwork. Said it would come off in a few days . I paid the agreed price to do the job but wanted extra money to come and clean up their work. Also I have a patch missing . Won’t answer my calls or text now Would not recommend

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
