Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Before one can begin a Maintenance Plan, a garden needs to be in a state of basic order. If your garden is “out of control,” we can visit you for a free evaluation and come up with an estimate to whip it back into shape. This may include: Garden bed weeding/spraying, Cut/strim grass, Pruning/reduction of shrubs, Pressure washing, Removing waste etc.  Maintenance begins after stability.

I don't usually leave negative feedback. But in this case I have been left no option. I had the work carried out laying solid oak floors which cost me £1600. Within a very short space of time I realised the floor was lifting and gaps appearing in the floor. In the summer the floor expanded and started pushing the doors and edges. At this point I contacted the tradesman to no satasfactory outcome. I'm so annoyed I spent all this money sourced a trader through a reputable site and still the floor looks a mess
