He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

It was a delight to have this company on our premises. They did a perfect job on our fence in just two days. They were the most careful considerate tradesmen we have ever had working in our house. They left the garden beautifully tidy and did not even damage a plant. They were also the cheapest undercutting another company by £1000 . Would really recommend them to anyone.
