Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial chat, kicking ideas back and forward of what I was trying to achieve, to starting the job within a few days, having regular discussions on progress and even when changes had been discussed between those doing the jobs! We were looking for someone to put in a partition wall and Eamon contacted us. From the very beginning Eamon was very professional. He provided a quote very quickly and everything was very clear. His quote was very competitive and reasonable. On the first day Eamon and his colleague arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. On the second day the plasterer worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to use Eamon and his team again.

Having employed the services of many different tradespeople over the course of the last 50+ years I am totally thankful for choosing TD Services to remove the old and rebuild a large decking area of approx 70sq metres. Dom said it would take three weeks and he was very true to his word. I can honestly say that Dom and Jordan are two of the most methodical, competent, tidy, professional workmen I have ever had the pleasure of contracting to work for me. I would recommend them to everyone without hesitation.

Jack and Ryan visited our property in April to remove 3/4 tonnes of stone, level, remove block-work, lay new top soil and finally cut fresh turf to cover our garden. They came on time, worked relentlessly and did a first-class job. Quite amazed they managed to do what was asked in a single day and they didn't leave until completely finished and everything was tidied away. Highly recommended, I will certainly be booking them in for several other jobs we have this year.

David made a fabulous job of the gates and fencing, it has transformed the front of the house! Quality workmanship, that is hard to find. Very pleased indeed. Would highly recommend.
