He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Do not use this tradesperson. We needed a skylight fitted, and this company quoted for the job. We paid a deposit the same day we got the quote, and agreed a start date. The job was delayed a week by them, and when the new date came, they didn't respond to messages. After several days of silence, they replied to make excuses and arrange a new date, which they also missed. After four weeks of delays, we requested a refund, but they refused as they had "bought materials". We are pursuing further action. DNU

Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. We are extremely impressed with the whole team and we would definitely recommed these guys!

Michael contacted me until he got my permission to inspect the property this weekend. He did that and got back to me immediately with a quote which I got him to email to me. I am now considering whether I can afford to proceed but thus far I cannot fault his enthusiasm fo the job. His overall review is good at 4.5 stars but I will have to ensure that leaks will be properly fixed before I proceed.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
