Creative Rock and RFT Services has been in business now for 10 years, offering a complete home improvement service under one roof. Creative Rock is the specialist stone and hard landscaping side of my work using both traditional methods and high tech concrete and render overlays in the following examples: - Landscape design - Stone effect walls (internal and external) over most substrates. Most stone reproduction is possible both in texture and colour - Artificial rock creation - Steps and paths - Monoblocking - Stone masonry (stone repair, cleaning and lime pointing) - Waterfalls, ponds and water features - Stone effect signs and sculpting - Decking - Fencing RFT Services (stands for "Right First Time" - an aspect of Quality Systems which I bring to each job. RFT encapsulates most other aspects of property work including: - Fitted kitchens (including plumbing and minor electrical works) - Bathrooms - Plumbing - Tiling - Wooden and laminate flooring - uPVC windows and doors - Decking - Fibreglass roofing - Steel roofing and cladding - Slate and tile roofing repairs - General exterior property maintenance Considered to be friendly, experienced and professional, I couple my considerable experience (from trade through management and customer services) with my natural artist qualities to create, organise and problem solve and strive to make my client's experience with my business to be the best it can possibly be.

Jim and his son worked on my roof and gutters , Did a really good job they are genuine tradespeople they explained everything that needed to be done and give me a accurate quote they came to my home when they said they would and got on with the job, pleased with the workmanship, would certainly have no hesitation in using McMillans again!
